Inspired by the luxury and precision of the Rolls-Royce Ghost, this landscape translates automotive design language into a contemporary outdoor environment defined by restraint, atmosphere, and detail.

A modern industrial driveway establishes the arrival, composed of Techo-Bloc Mika pavers, Para slabs, and in-ground lighting that references the Ghost’s signature starlit ceiling. The minimalist front landscape transitions into a Raffinato stepper pathway, guiding movement through a dramatic 10-foot elevation change toward expansive lake views.

Para slabs in Grey Nickel extend into a multi-level outdoor retreat framed by sculptural granite fire features and layered architectural terraces. Above, a private balcony introduces a secondary entry into the entertainment space, illuminated by carefully calibrated lighting that enhances the atmosphere after dusk. Composite slat walls and contemporary detailing define the secluded deck, where lush turf and Borealis accents surround a sunken bar, integrated grill station, and firepit - all positioned to preserve uninterrupted views of the water.

At the center of the composition is the project’s defining element: a knife-edge spa, among the first of its kind in Michigan, designed to achieve a smooth, reflective surface beneath a custom overhead installation of more than 5,000 lights. The feature directly references the immersive ambiance and refined illumination associated with the Rolls-Royce Ghost.

Below, a floating granite fire terrace projects toward the shoreline, incorporating expansive bench seating designed to accommodate larger gatherings while maintaining intimacy. An elevated putting green completes the space, reinforcing the project’s focus on craftsmanship, precision, and quiet sophistication.
