Nestled along a serene lakeside, Feather Fields is a landscape centered on native plantings and sculpted elevation. The design draws from Michigan’s natural character, using organic forms and intentional grade changes to create a sense of movement, flow, and quiet power across the property.

Grounded in rich, natural textures and elevated with refined Techo-Bloc materials, the space balances raw beauty with precise craftsmanship. Techo-Bloc Blu 60 slabs in Shale Grey define the pool deck and gathering areas, offering a clean, contemporary contrast to the surrounding plantings. Paths unfold through thoughtfully placed steppers and expansive architectural steps, guiding movement across shifting elevations. Layered terraces draw the eye and experience towards the lakefront horizon, creating natural moments for pause, connection, and reflection.

Fire and water are integrated throughout the design, fostering a dynamic interplay of elements: warmth against stillness, energy against calm. A sculptural metal arch marks the arrival, establishing a sense of entry that feels both grounded and elevated.
