The design unfolds as a layered composition of plantings and hardscape elements, structured to create a modern, linear garden experience grounded in restraint and balance.

Surrounded by European Hornbeams, the site is organized through a refined palette of neutral tones with soft Lavender accents. At the entry courtyard, pillar planters introduce a formal threshold, set within Techo-Bloc Blu slabs and framed by structured Boxwood hedging. From here, a procession of Serviceberry trees line a concrete pathway leading to the upper deck, where a custom hanging daybed, lounge seating, and a generous dining table with integrated grill station establish a primary outdoor living zone. Floating Raffinato steps weave through Boxwood partitions, softened by a flowing water feature and dense drifts of lavender cascading along the slope.

Descending further, Blu Grande slabs form the foundation for an L-shaped fire table paired with minimalist wood seating, creating a secondary gathering space oriented toward the landscape. Above it, a sleek linear fireplace anchors an outdoor kitchen composed of a large granite island with integrated cooking amenities and a matching fire feature at the bar seating. A tucked-away dining table sits just beyond the main cooking area, offering a quieter setting for more intimate use.

The final zone introduces a recreational landscape, featuring a four-hole putting green and full tennis court positioned to overlook the water. The two programs are gently divided by a narrow line of hedging, while wood-slat fencing encloses the tennis court and Lavender plantings wrap the exterior edge to soften the boundary. Throughout the property, each vantage point is oriented toward expansive views of rolling lawn and open water, reinforcing a consistent sense of calm and continuity.
