More than a traditional barnhouse, this property redefines hillside living through elevated entertainment, luxury design, and immersive natural surroundings. Blending contemporary architecture with organic materials, the estate is framed by natural stone, lush plantings, and panoramic Hidden Hills views.

A dramatic natural stone outcropping lined with Lavender and Olive trees guides visitors toward a striking glass façade that opens into the home. At the entrance, a sculptural metal planter featuring a mature tree creates a seamless transition between the surrounding landscape and the interior. Warm natural wood paneling accents the entryway, leading into an expansive open-air dining space where oversized retractable glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out. A full chef’s kitchen anchors one side of the lower level, while a spacious lounge area occupies the other, each opening directly to the outdoor living spaces through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The first floor also includes a double-bunk guest suite and a full-service hair salon overlooking the rolling hills.

A floating wood staircase ascends to the second level, where exposed beam ceilings and a glass-railed balcony overlook the dining area below. Additional lounge spaces provide room for entertainment and relaxation, complete with a golf simulator and a private podcast studio that opens onto a slatted wood balcony. A connecting corridor leads to the secluded primary suite and detached spa-inspired bath.

Outside, circular daybeds enclosed by natural stone surround a central fire feature and outdoor television, creating an intimate gathering space beneath the open sky. Nearby, a slatted cabana houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen overlooking a full basketball and tennis court below. Lush ornamental grasses guide guests toward a custom swing set positioned at one of the highest points of the property, designed to capture sweeping views of Hidden Hills. Completing the experience, black steel arches wrapped in climbing Ivy frame a staircase that leads visitors back toward the property’s entrance.
