This transformation reimagines an underutilized backyard as a private, resort-inspired retreat designed for relaxation, entertaining, and connection with nature. With their Airbnb property, the owners sought to create a memorable, age-inclusive outdoor experience - one that could accommodate the entire family while maintaining a refined and picturesque atmosphere.

Premium materials and layered plantings bring cohesion to the space, establishing a contemporary outdoor environment that transitions effortlessly between everyday living and larger gatherings. Six Techo-Bloc products were thoughtfully integrated throughout, with select slabs and steppers creating a sense of continuity across a restrained, neutral palette.

At the arrival, Onyx Mika pavers framed by Hydrangea and Arborvitae draw guests naturally into the backyard, leading to an elevated pool terrace. Iconic Fascia Walls in Victoria define the transition, creating a structured architectural edge while adding warmth and depth to the landscape. At the upper level, Para Slabs in Beige Cream mark the transition into the pool area, where a sparkling pool and swim-up bar create a natural gathering point for the family.

Beneath the canopy of a mature Oak, Para slabs create a softer transition into the second half of the landscape. Borealis planters in Hazelnut Brandy introduce warmth and texture, while clean architectural lines and layered vegetation frame views across the surrounding fields. A natural-wood cold plunge, outdoor sauna, and heated yoga deck extend the retreat-like experience, offering spaces for both quiet restoration and connection with nature.

A dedicated dining area provides another setting for gathering, with intimate seating and stainless steel appliances set atop Borealis slabs. A slatted pergola defines an adjacent lounge, where a sculptural chiminea creates a warm focal point and an inviting place to take in the sunset.
