Join the industry’s finest professionals for an unforgettable 3-day experience blending inspiration, innovation, and hands-on learning. This year’s Masterminds Meet-up features exclusive project tours, live showcases, and collaborative workshops that celebrate creativity and connection across the design-build world.
 
Friday night kicks off with our signature “Casino Night” at Imagine Peace Park, a lively welcome event with gaming, dinner, music, and prizes. Mingle with peers, meet the Imagine team, and set the tone for a weekend of discovery and celebration.
 
Saturday takes you behind the scenes of trail-blazing projects, from the modern serenity of Casa Agua's residential design to Peace Park 3, the third of three completed commercial park spaces designed and built by Imagine in Dearborn, Michigan. The afternoon continues with our Feather Fields Showcase and a keynote session from John Wentworth (“Winners Circle”), alongside brand partners like Techo-Bloc and Sports Court of Michigan. We’ll dive into craftsmanship, collaboration, and the art of scaling your business — from creative detailing to financial strategy. Saturday night wraps up with a group dinner and social evening at a local brewery, where stories, connections, and laughter continue over shared tables.
 
Sunday wraps up with an immersive Concepts Class at Imagine Peace Park, led by senior designer Jack Kelly of Imagine Design + Build. Whether you’re a seasoned 2D designer or just learning the ropes, Jack will walk you through his workflow in the Concepts App, revealing efficiencies and techniques that can transform the way you design and communicate with clients and your field crew. This hands-on masterclass focuses on sketching scalable landscapes and aligning design intent from concept through construction. With class size limited to under 20 participants, each attendee will receive one-on-one consulting time, ensuring a personalized learning experience. The day concludes with our Sauce Showcase at Golfview, where attendees can review real-world applications of the Concept's insights.
